A miniature Viennese laterndluhr regulator wall clock, the slim architectural biedermeier style mahogany and boxwood inlaid case inset with nine glass panels enclosing a 10cm enamel dial with gilt brass engine turned surround fronting an eight day weight driven latch-on movement with dead-beat escapement, steel rod pendulum with brass bob and brass cased weight.
This clock dates from the mid 1800’s, it is extremely well made and beautifully finished in a diminutive case, these miniature Vienna clocks are very rare.
