Our Workshop

We offer a comprehensive repair and restoration service for all types of clocks and barometers. All horological work is done on the premises in Little Chalfont within our open plan workshops. We also have trusted specialists for cabinet-work and dial restoration, gilding and plating.

Chalfont Clocks has its own bank vault - our premises were previously a bank and we still have the original safe room, in which we store all the clocks we undertake to repair. We provide state of the art security and a comprehensive insurance policy to protect all of our clients’ property from collection to delivery.

All restoration work is covered by a twelve month guarantee. For larger clocks, such as grandfather clocks and regulator wall clocks, re-installing in situ is part of the job to ensure correct setting up, and we are happy to give on going advice about maintenance on request. Collection can also be arranged for small items such as carriage clocks, on request. 

The shop is open from 9am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays
